Since 2022, Dominion Energy has partnered with the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) to develop the Building Hispanic Talent Initiative™. This initiative aims to increase the number of undergraduate students pursuing careers in the energy industry. Initially funded with $2 million for three years, Dominion Energy committed an additional $2 million in 2024 to extend the initiative for four more years.
