Highlights from the report include:

• A 47% reduction in carbon dioxide emissions from 2005 through 2022.
• A 38% reduction in methane emissions from natural gas operations from 2010 through 2022.
• 37% diverse workforce representation.
• $1.4 billion spent with diverse suppliers — a 33% increase over our record-breaking year in 2021.
• $45 million to support social betterment through energy assistance, support for nonprofits, direct giving, and more.
• A 70% reduction in our OHSA recordable injury rate since 2006.
• Residential electric and gas utility rates below national and regional averages.
• Placing into service our first battery storage project.
• Supporting 100+ economic-development projects in 2022.
• 95,000 hours volunteered by employees.
