What is Reward Hours?

Reward Hours is a program where Dominion Energy rewards residential customers for managing their electricity usage certain hours of the year (we call these hours “reward hours”).

Reward hours occur throughout the year but are typically scheduled when the weather is very cold (winter mornings or evenings) or extremely hot (summer afternoons).

Why Join Reward Hours?

Easy to participate.
Earn rewards, like bill credits.
Participation is voluntary.
No fees or penalties.

How Do I Join Reward Hours?

Offers the most flexibility.
Earn up to $20-$30 each year.
You choose how to reduce your home's electricity usage.
Temporarily adjust your thermostat and delay laundry, cooking, washing dishes, or charging your EV. It's up to you, you're in control!
