To Apply for a Bill Credit

1. Read the eligibility requirements and complete the appliance rebate form.
2. Find a licensed contractor to install new equipment.
3. Submit the form (within 90 days of installation) along with an itemized receipt that includes the date of purchase. Send to:

4. Allow at least 4 to 6 weeks to receive a credit on your Dominion Energy bill.

Qualify to Pay Less

If you’ve taken steps to make your home more energy efficient, you may qualify for a special discounted rate on natural gas. Qualifying customers pay less per unit of energy (therm) than the standard rate.

This rate is available to residential customers who qualify for service on Rate Schedule 101  and whose home meets the U.S. Department of Energy and U.S Environmental Protection Agency’s ENERGY STAR® for Homes qualification standards. Upon receiving documentation that a home qualifies, Dominion Energy will assign the customer’s account to Rate Schedule 102.

How do I qualify?

To qualify, your home must be ENERGY STAR qualified. Please note, Dominion Energy does not rate or qualify homes for energy efficiency.
