  • Summer 2024 – File application with the Virginia State Corporation Commission (SCC)
  • February 11 & 12, 2025 – Community Meetings
  • February 28, 2025 – SCC Final Order issued
  • March 2025 – Construction begins
  • Winter 2026 – Construction complete, restoration begins
